Thank you for choosing Musely Studio. We are currently a UK-focused store and only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

1. Shipping Destinations

At this time, we only offer shipping to the United Kingdom. We do not ship to international addresses, BFPO, or P.O. Boxes.

2. Production & Processing Time

Because we operate as a print-on-demand business, every item is made specifically for you after your order is placed.

Production Time: It typically takes 2–7 business days to print and quality-check your items before they are dispatched.

Total Lead Time: You can generally expect your order to arrive within 5–10 business days from the date of purchase.

3. Separate Packages (Multiple Deliveries)

We partner with specialized print providers to ensure the best quality for different products (e.g., a specialist for hoodies and another for stickers).

Important: If you order different types of items, they may be fulfilled by different vendors.

What to expect: Your order may arrive in separate packages and on different days. You will receive tracking information for each package as it is dispatched.

4. Shipping Rates & VAT

Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your items.

VAT: All shipping rates and product prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT.

5. Delivery Estimates

Once production is complete, we use standard UK carriers for delivery.

Estimated Delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Tracking: You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order (or part of your order) is on its way.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

If a package is returned to our vendor because of an incorrect address, we may have to charge an additional shipping fee to resend it to you.

We cannot offer refunds for items delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of order.

7. Missing or Damaged Items

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the package, or if an item arrives damaged, please contact us at info@muselystudio.com within 30 days. For damaged items, please include a clear photo of the product and the packaging so we can arrange a free replacement.
