What are your shipping details?

We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. As we utilize print-on-demand vendors, most items have a production time of 2–7 business days before dispatch.

How can I track my order?

Once your order (or part of it) ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. To see your current status, please provide your order details in our tracking tool.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

Who pays for return shipping?

In accordance with our updated return rules, the customer is responsible for providing and paying for return shipping.

Can I return personalized items?

Under UK law, items that are clearly personalized or made to your specific specifications cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.

What file formats do you accept for custom designs?

For our personalizable products, we accept PNG, JPG, SVG, and AI files. For best results, we recommend using high-resolution images.

What's the minimum order quantity for custom items?

There is no minimum! You can order as few as 1 custom item or as many as you need for your project.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Yes! Orders of 10+ items typically qualify for bulk pricing. Please contact us at info@muselystudio.com for a custom quote.

Can you add our company logo to products?

Yes, we offer printing for company logos on various apparel and feature products. Reach out to our team to discuss your branding needs.

Order Issues

I haven't received my order confirmation email?

Check your spam/junk folder first. Still can't find it? Email info@muselystudio.com with your name and approximate order date. We'll resend your confirmation and help track your order.

There's an issue with my order?

We're sorry to hear that! Contact us immediately at info@muselystudio.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund. Quality is our priority.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us ASAP at info@muselystudio.com with your order number. If we haven't started production yet, we can modify or cancel your order. Once production begins, changes aren't possible, but we'll do our best to help.
