Refund policy

At Musely Studio, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Because our products (T-shirts, hoodies, stickers, etc.) are printed on demand specifically for you, please review our policy regarding returns and refunds carefully.

1. 30-Day Return Request Window

Return Period: We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Condition: To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return

Contact Us: To start a return, you must contact us first at info@muselystudio.com.

Shipping Responsibility: Please note that the customer provides return shipping. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package once your request is accepted.

Unauthorised Returns: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues (Misprints & Defects)

Please inspect your order upon reception. Since our items are manufactured by third-party vendors, issues can occasionally occur. Contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • The print quality is poor or incorrect.
  • You received the wrong item.

In these cases, we will evaluate the issue and work with our vendors to send you a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

While we do not have "final sale" items, certain categories are legally exempt from standard returns:

  • Personalised/Bespoke Products: Items customized to your specific instructions.
  • Personal Care Goods: For hygiene reasons, items like temporary tattoos cannot be returned once the packaging is opened.
  • Gift Cards: We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
  • Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees for eligible returns.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. European Union & UK 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

Important Note: This right to cancel does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@muselystudio.com.
